- Reservations booked through third-party travel agents must be canceled through them.
- For stays at Hyatt hotels in California, reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours after booking, as long as the reservation was made more than 72 hours before check-in.

- Locate your upcoming stay and select 'View/Edit Stay' or 'Stay details'.

- Select 'Cancel this reservation' and confirm the cancellation.
- A cancellation confirmation will be sent to your email.
Hyatt
- Check the specific cancellation policy for your booking in your reservation confirmation or online.
- Go to the 'Find Your Reservation' page on the Hyatt website or use the World of Hyatt app.
- Enter your first name, last name, and reservation confirmation number or credit card number to find your booking.
- Select the option to cancel or modify your reservation and follow the instructions.
- If you cannot find your reservation online or need assistance, contact Hyatt customer service.
