Third-Party Billing
Duolingo
- If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, cancel the subscription in your iOS device Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- If you subscribed via Google Play, cancel the subscription in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions.
Rosetta Stone
- If purchased via Apple App Store: open the Rosetta Stone app → Menu → Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel, or go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Rosetta Stone → Cancel.
- If purchased via Google Play Store: open Play Store → tap profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rosetta Stone → Cancel.
- App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled through their respective platforms — turning off auto-renewal on the Rosetta Stone website will not stop App Store/Play Store billing.
- If you purchased a lifetime plan through a third-party retailer (e.g., StackSocial, Amazon), contact that retailer for any refund requests.
Reactivation & Data Retention
Duolingo
- After cancellation, you can reactivate by purchasing a Super subscription again through the same platform (app or web) at any time.
Rosetta Stone
- You can resubscribe at any time from the Rosetta Stone website or app.
- Your learning progress and completed lessons are saved and will be restored when you resubscribe.
- Lifetime plan holders retain permanent access — no reactivation needed.
