Cancellation Steps
Bumble
- **On the Bumble Website:**
- 1. Go to bumble.com and log in to your account.
- 2. Click on your profile picture in the top-left corner.
- 3. Select 'Manage your subscription' (or similar wording like 'Bumble Premium/Boost is active').
- 4. Choose the option to cancel your subscription.
- **On the Bumble App (for Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay direct billing):**
- 1. Open the Bumble app.
- 2. Tap the profile icon.
- 3. Select 'Subscription details', then tap 'Manage your subscription'.
- 4. Choose to cancel your subscription.
- **Via the Apple App Store (iOS):**
- 1. Open the 'Settings' app on your iPhone.
- 2. Tap your name at the top.
- 3. Tap 'Subscriptions'.
- 4. Find and select Bumble from the list.
- 5. Tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
- **Via the Google Play Store (Android):**
- 1. Open the Google Play Store app.
- 2. Tap your profile icon.
- 3. Go to 'Payments & subscriptions' and then 'Subscriptions'.
- 4. Select Bumble.
- 5. Tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
Hinge
- **For Hinge payment (powered by Stripe) users:** Open the Hinge app, tap the Gear Icon to open Account Settings, tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
- **For Apple App Store/Apple ID users:** Go to device Settings, tap your Apple Account (at the top of the page), select 'Subscriptions', find your Hinge subscription, and follow the instructions to cancel.
- **For Google Play Store users:** Launch the Google Play app, go to Account > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions, find your Hinge subscription, and follow the instructions to cancel.
- **For written refund requests (certain states or Hinge direct payment):** Mail or deliver a signed and dated notice stating you are canceling your subscription. Include the email or phone number linked to your Hinge account and your order number. Send to: Hinge, Attn: Cancellations, P.O. Box 25472, Dallas, Texas 75225, USA. - If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, you will need to access your account with that store to cancel your subscription.
- **Apple App Store:** Open 'Settings' on your phone > Tap your name > Tap 'Subscriptions' > Select Bumble > Tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
- **Google Play Store:** Open the Google Play Store app > Tap your profile icon > 'Payments & subscriptions' > 'Subscriptions' > Select Bumble > Tap 'Cancel Subscription'.

- To re-subscribe, you will need to return to Hinge to upgrade your subscription.
- If you delete your Hinge account and have an automatically renewing subscription, it will be canceled immediately, and you will permanently lose access to any remaining subscription benefits. Creating a new Hinge account during the original subscription period will require purchasing a new subscription.
Additional Notes
Bumble
- After you cancel, you will be able to use your paid features until the end of the current subscription period.
- Deleting your Bumble account or the app from your device does not cancel your subscription.
- To avoid being charged for a new subscription period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Hinge
- Subscriptions renew automatically, and you must turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the next billing period to avoid charges.
- Deleting the Hinge app or your Hinge account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription if it was purchased through an external service (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You must cancel through the respective platform.
- If you delete your Hinge account (for Hinge payment subscribers), your subscription is immediately canceled, and you lose remaining benefits.
