Cancellation Steps

- Sign in to your My Account dashboard on sling.com.
- Select "Cancel Subscription".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
Philo
- Sign in on philo.com.
- Click your Profile avatar and select Account.
- Click 'Cancel my subscription'.
- Click 'Continue to cancellation', and then select a reason for cancelling.
- Click 'Complete cancellation' to confirm.

Third-Party Billing
Sling TV
- Subscriptions purchased with Apple Pay through the app store must be managed through Apple.
Philo
- If you subscribed through Roku, press the Home button on your remote, highlight the Philo app, press the '*' button, select 'Manage subscription', and then 'Cancel subscription'.
- For subscriptions through Google Play, open the Play Store app, go to 'Payments & subscriptions', then 'Subscriptions', select Philo, and tap 'Cancel subscription'.
- If billed through Apple, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then 'Subscriptions', select Philo, and tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
- For Amazon billing, sign in to your Amazon account, go to 'Memberships & Subscriptions', find Philo under 'App Subscription Settings', and select 'Turn off auto-renewal'.
- If you subscribed through Vizio, sign in to your Vizio account, go to 'Subscriptions and Purchases', find your Philo subscription and click 'Update', then click 'Cancel Subscription'.
- For Samsung billing, sign in to your Samsung account, go to 'Purchase History', click the 'Subscriptions' tab, select Philo, and click 'Unsubscribe'.
Reactivation & Data Retention

- Log in to My Account and select "Resubscribe".
Philo
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time after canceling.
Additional Notes
Sling TV
- Your Sling access will continue until the date of your next regular bill, and you will not be charged again.
- An email confirming your cancellation will be sent.
- Content recorded with a Sling subscription will be unavailable upon cancellation but saved for 90 days if you resubscribe.
- 1-Day, 3-Day, and 7-Day Passes cannot be paused or cancelled; they expire automatically.
Philo
- After you cancel, you can continue to watch Philo for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
- If you are subscribed through a third party like Roku, Amazon, Google, or Apple, you must manage your subscription and cancel through that service.
