- Request cancellation at the front desk

- Alternative: send a formal cancellation letter via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested to your home club address (not corporate)
- Letter must include: full name, address, membership ID, home club name/address, desired cancellation date, explicit request to cancel
- Certified letter must be received at least 7 business days before the next billing date

- Cancel most month-to-month memberships by mailing written notice, in person at a club, or via your online account.
- Mailed cancellations should be postmarked at least 5 business days before your next billing date to prevent further charges.
- If your membership has an initial term of three months or more, special conditions apply (e.g., termination fee for early cancellation).
