Cancellation Steps
Calm
- For subscriptions purchased directly through Calm.com: Log in to your Calm account on a web browser. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner. Select Settings, then Manage Subscription. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
- For subscriptions purchased through Apple (App Store / iTunes): Open your iPhone or iPad Settings. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Select Calm, then Cancel Subscription.
- For subscriptions purchased through Google Play (Android): Open the Google Play app. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select Calm, then Cancel Subscription.
Headspace
- **If purchased directly from Headspace.com (website):**
- 1. Log in to your account from a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app) at www.headspace.com.
- 2. Visit https://www.headspace.com/subscription/manage and click/tap on the 'CANCEL MEMBERSHIP' or 'TURN OFF AUTO RENEWAL' link.
- 3. If the button is not present, send an email to help@headspace.com for assistance.
- **If purchased via Apple App Store:**
- 1. Open the 'Settings' app on your iOS device.
- 2. Tap on your name (Apple ID).
- 3. Tap 'Subscriptions'.
- 4. Select the Headspace subscription.
- 5. Tap 'Cancel Subscription' to disable auto-renewal.
- **If purchased via Google Play Store:**
- 1. Open the Google Play Store app.
- 2. Tap the Menu (usually three horizontal lines) or your profile icon, then tap 'Subscriptions'.
- 3. Find the Headspace subscription you want to cancel.
- 4. Tap 'Cancel subscription'.
- 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.

- Apple App Store (iTunes): Subscriptions are managed directly through Apple. Refunds must be requested through Apple support.
- Google Play Store (Android): Subscriptions are managed directly through Google Play. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
Headspace
- If you purchased your subscription through the Apple iTunes Store or our iPhone application, the sale is final and non-refundable, and your purchase will be subject to Apple's applicable payment policy.
- If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play store, the sale is final and non-refundable, and your purchase will be subject to Google's applicable payment policy.

Additional Notes
Calm
- You can cancel your Calm Premium subscription or free trial at any time. Once canceled, you will continue to have full Premium access until the end of your current billing or trial period.
- Canceling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund; a separate refund request is required for eligible purchases.
- Family Plan subscriptions can only be canceled by the Calm Premium Family Admin through Calm's website.
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or subscription period ends to avoid being charged for the next period.
Headspace
- Cancellation disables auto-renewal, but access to the subscription content continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation steps can differ based on where the subscription was originally purchased (directly from Headspace, Apple App Store, or Google Play).
- For Headspace Family Plans, only the primary account holder can cancel the Family Plan. All family members will receive an email notification upon cancellation and will retain access for the remainder of the subscription period.
- If you have a Headspace Mental Health Coaching subscription, you can cancel it at any time and will have access to remaining sessions until the subscription end date (30 days after the most recent payment).
- If you received a free subscription from an organization, it will automatically expire and does not need to be canceled.
