How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Log in to the BET+ website.
  2. 2Hover over the name icon in the top-right corner and select 'Account'.
  3. 3Under Account Details, find the Subscription section and use the cancel option in the bottom-right corner.
  4. 4Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your trial or billing period to avoid the next charge.
  5. 5After cancellation, the subscription stays active until the expiration date shown.

Billed Through a Third Party?

  • Amazon subscriptions must be managed in Amazon Memberships & Subscriptions or the Fire tablet/app subscription settings.
  • Apple-billed subscriptions must be canceled in Apple subscription settings.
  • Google Play subscriptions must be canceled in Google Play subscriptions.
  • Roku subscriptions must be canceled from the Roku account or Roku device subscription settings.

Reactivating Your Account

  • BET+ says you will not be charged again unless you choose to reactivate the subscription.

Additional Notes

  • If you cannot tell which billing account is attached to BET+, BET+ recommends checking your email for subscription receipts.
